- Within Greece, shipments are made with courier services - Easy Mail, ACS courier, ΕΛTA courier, Box Now - choosing each period of the year the company that we think will serve you faster. - All international shipments are made with DHL - express or economy.
- The time to prepare an order is 0 - 4 calendar days, depending on the type and time of year. In case you need your order urgently, please note it in the comments so we can do our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible.

Product returns and money refund
- After receiving the product, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. Within 14 days of receiving the product you must have started the return process by delivering the products to the courier company or directly to us (time to complete the process is not counted). Return costs are payed by the customer, unless it is our company's error, defective or damaged product.
- The money refund process starts as soon as we receive the returned product. From the moment we start the refund it will take up to 1 week to see the money in your account or on your card (depending on the bank and card).
