Product returns and money refund

Within 14 days of receiving the product you must have started the return process by delivering the products to the courier company or directly to us (time to complete the process is not counted). Return costs are payed by the customer, unless it is our company's error, defective or damaged product.

- The money refund process starts as soon as we receive the returned product. From the moment we start the refund it will take up to 1 week to see the money in your account or on your card (depending on the bank and card).
