Product returns and money refund

- After receiving the product, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. Return costs are payed by the customer, unless it is our company's error, defective or damaged product.

- The money refund process starts as soon as we receive the returned product. From the moment we start the refund it will take up to 1 week to see the money in your account or on your card (depending on the bank and card).
