Product returns and money refund
- After receiving the product, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. - The money refund process starts as soon as we receive the returned product. From the moment we start the refund it will take up to 1 week to see the money in your account or on your card (depending on the bank and card).
