Jewels

- Avoid contact with water, especially for jewelry made of leather. In case they get wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid contact with perfumes and essential oils, makeup or acetone. Metal-plated items may be altered upon contact with such substances.
- Clean your jewelry by rubbing it with a soft cloth and make sure you wear it on a regular basis, to avoid alterations in the normalization and hardening of the leather elements.
- When you are not wearing them, make sure that the place where you store them is not exposed to sun or moisture.

Cotton scarves, pashminas, kaftans

- Wash in the washing machine at a temperature of up to 40°C, unless otherwise instructed on the product label.
- When you are not wearing them, make sure that the place where you store them is not exposed to sun or moisture.

Decor items

- Follow the instructions on the product packaging. Not all products are suitable for microwave oven or dishwasher.
- Try to wash reusable bamboo mugs immediately after use to avoid discoloration and odors.
- Do not allow the use of fragile / sharp objects by young children.

Shipping methods
- Within Greece, shipments are made with courier services - Easy Mail, ACS courier, ΕΛTA courier, Box Now - choosing each period of the year the company that we think will serve you faster. If you wish to use with a specific courier company from the aforementioned, please let us know in the comments of your order.

- All international shipments are made with DHL - express or economy.
- The time to prepare an order is 0 - 4 calendar days, depending on the type and time of year. In case you need your order urgently, please note it in the comments so we can do our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible.

Product returns and money refund
- After receiving the product, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. Within 14 days of receiving the product you must have started the return process by delivering the products to the courier company or directly to us (time to complete the process is not counted). Return costs are payed by the customer, unless it is our company's error, defective or damaged product.
- The money refund process starts as soon as we receive the returned product. From the moment we start the refund it will take up to 1 week to see the money in your account or on your card (depending on the bank and card).
